After having Masters's degree in English, I have started my career in the field of project planning, development, and monitoring in 1999 which covers feasibility analysis, assisting financial arrangement through bank loan/grant, project planning with detailing of equipment, human resources, and health system management. Then I got the opportunity to take part in the implementation and operational activities. In parallel, I pursued HR specialization by enrolling myself in an MBA (HR) program, where I achieved the 'Vice Chancellor's Award' with a CGPA of 3.97 out of 4 in 2009. My formal education in HR has strengthened the degree of my contribution in the field of health system planning, development, and monitoring, as HR is the biggest component of this whole arena. In addition to this, I have been continuing HR practice more confidently in the operational part also. Parallel to these, I have started some research activities on cost analysis of services and of some disease-specific areas, as well as in the field of HR which guide me to give better input in the field of a health system or costed human resources management for an organization.
