IT Director duties which include all purchasing, budget, and justification for all technology (Voice {Land & Cell}, Data {WAN & LAN}, and Equipment) with Infrastructure Services Inc. This position maintains all aspects of Technology company wide including remote offices and recommendations to sister companies owned by Infrastructure Services Inc.

Duties included Installing, Maintaining, and Repairing personal computers and printers within the Houston office.

Duties were to Order, Inventory, manage Deployment Team of 3 Technicians, Train any new Technicians, and Coordinate any scheduled deployments of new hardware to customers within Chevron environment using tools such as Global Information Link (GIL). I also was Shared Desktop Support prior to taking over the Coordinator position. My duties in Desktop Support were to run tickets in the Phoenix system that were open by customers to resolve IT problems that they were encountering with there laptop or desktop computer.

Installed, Upgraded (IOS), Configured, and Tested Cisco 3750 48 port POE Access Switches and 12 Port Distribution switches within the Campuses; This is only a three week contract position.

Installed, configured, and maintained the integrity of all computer, facilities, and phone systems at each of the 50 locations. With this company I received a detailed knowledge of phone and data connectivity.

On various projects for Dell Computers Installing (software and hardware)using programs such as Altiris for imaging and patch management. Repairing Dell workstations and poweredge servers using various Networking OS such as (Novell 6.X/Citrix Winframe&Metaframe/Windows Server NT4/2000/2003) for various companies, government, and educational facilities across the United States. With this company I have gained more experience with Server Clustering, SAN installation & support, and Dell poweredge repair and installation.

Duties include Inventory, Imaging, Deployment, and Installation of Desktop and laptop computers. Also to support other technicians assigned to this project by adding computer names to the appropriate security groups in Active Directory for software distribution on the Windows 2000 network using Novadign Radia and helping with Windows 2000 conversion on current servers at the location.
