✔ RESPONSIBILITIES AS SAP MM POWER USER• SAP Power User, responsible for managing SAP receipts, issuances and invoicings.• Involved in development of customized ABAP report for unvalued GRs i.e., Z-Report• Run & Review Z-Report and make IR (invoice receipt) for available GR documents.• Update Material Master and balances in SAP.• Create, change/extend and close material codes in Material Master as per requirement.• List & share summary of Pending GRs & IRs in SAP with purchase & finance.• Supervise data entry in SAP, and provide necessary support on goods receipt, goods issuance, invoice parking, creating/extending new codes, running reports and exporting data etc. • Making IR and IR reversals as per business scenario, in consultation with Purchase & Finance.• Coordinate with Finance in preparation of financial documents i.e., Physical Inventory Document and making sure accurate cost charging.• Timely completion of data entries in order for Finance to make Cost Run in SAP on monthly & yearly basis.• Monitor stocks of CO2 gas, Diesel Oil, Furnace Oil, LPG, Nitrogen Gas, Caustic Soda, miscellaneous production consumables, chemicals, auto workshop oils & lubricants...................✔ ACHIEVEMENTS• Bridged a backlog of more than three months in SAP both of receipts as well as valuation in almost one month time with 100% accuracy of data.• Actively involved in implementation of protocol of Blocked Stock Release.• Participated in implementation of MRP through liaison with MM and PP modules.• Full involved in the activity of Physical Inventory Count in main stores as well as Raw & Packing Material Store.• Successful Re-go live of SAP (Initial balances upload, Valuations) with Abacus Consulting.• Successful testing of Business Intelligence Software with Tally Mark.
