• Produces monthly management reports to the Finance manager.• Prepares and produces cash flow statements, income and expenditure accounts.• Makes recommendations to senior management and advises on the impact of financial decisions on Statistics Botswana.• Participates in the budgeting, planning and forecasting for Statistics Botswana and implements performance measures for Statistics Botswana.• Analyses expenditure against budget and reports on variances.• Prepares data for the analysis of business operations, trends, costs and revenue, to project future revenue and expenses.• Provides management with reports that address both strategic and operational advice to allow them to make informed business decisions. • Works with managers from the other divisions and provides advice on the financial resources based on the financial data.• Coordinates the completion of the monthly and quarterly reporting requirements from the various branches analyses the financial statements.• Analyses variances in the financial statements and explores potential problems with the Finance ManagerPrepares ad hoc reports as and when required by management
