Chief Architect, Enterprise Content Division – April 2013• Responsible for the architecture for all Enterprise Content Division (ECD) products (145 in total, some in sustainment - over 750 engineers), including architecture reviews, innovation, patents, open source, advanced development and governance• Established a technology alignment program for over 30 products which included persistence, security, user interfaces, forms, REST APIs, viewers and content transfer• Established a standardized program to align REST APIs and Search platforms across all ECD products• Developed a program for customers using very large databases, often into the billions of objects. Responsible for the Life Sciences solutions team with a focus on building CRM (Siebel) and ERP (SAP) integrations with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms (Documentum). Solutions focused on discovery, research and compliance.

As the Chief Architect the Connector Products Group, I was responsible for the overall architecture of three commercial products for Documentum Inc, which included the DocLink for Notes Mail, eConnector for Lotus Notes and the eConnector for Siebel. During this time, there was a 65% sales growth in just two years. The products had a global customer base, with over 100,000 deployments, localization in eight languages.

As an Independent IT Consultant, I worked on a number of short-term and long term projects from 1991 to 1999. Projects included both government and private industry sectors.
