•Manage supplier consultation & selection, according to commodity strategy.•Globalize requirements from Schneider Electric entities, understand supplier strategy and communicate it internally, detect gaps, manage consistency.•Negotiate with supplier on behalf of all Schneider Electric entities including supplier performance and productivity objectives.•Work with suppliers to promote co-development and to facilitate innovation with K&C suppliers. Conduct innovation review/workshops with suppliers•Accountable for supplier performance (ESSR, DPMe) and productivity; track elementary supplier performance from all Schneider Electric entities & engage appropriate actions with division & cross-functional Resources •Responsible, for preparing the tender phase, keeping an actuated vision of local supplier markets possibilities, costs and lead times.•In the tender phase, build solutions with suppliers, ensure preliminary negotiations, collect commodity purchases prices to better define price of supplies.•Optimize all procurements of a project, (quality, cost and delivery) in compliance with the procurement policies of the project and with the customer’s contracts, in order to keep or improve the margin and manage the risks.•Responsible for all purchases involved in the project until the end of the "contractual obligations of providers" with a specific focus on risk management.•Manage on site services, Legal and security agreement with relevant suppliers, ensures Customers satisfaction.

•Studying all purchase requisitions for different systems of whole projects (study of local and foreign suppliers offers, then evaluate offers technical and commercial wise) for adequacy of the specified requirements received from the technical department and according to our contract authorized budget and project schedule. •Control of materials exist in our different stores.•Approve purchasing orders including technical specifications and commercial conditions, which are mainly concentrated on the cement industry projects.•Submit of technical and commercial offers for tender documents received from sales department.
