Started as first developer to move development of some projects in-house as well provide technical thoughts and analysis for various future projects and clients.Alongside with development I was involved in brainstorming and ideas development, as well as assisting designers with some UX and improvements using modern techniques in the Web.Some of clients are known as CNN, DMGT, VisitBritain, EuroNews.Project types are mainly desktop and mobile web applications, cms systems and social compaigns.I've pushed new and modern approach of development, especially cutting edge technology. The biggest challenge was to convince client to look into technology they haven't heard from their consultants yet, such as: node.js, mongodb, and many more.I had chance to work on projects on my on as well as in small teams, give expertise to co-workers and clients, and push good approach of development in production.
