• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies• Administer and monitor workers comp claims• Act as a resource for all employees on benefits, payroll, LOA's, wellness programs, training, etc.• Coordinate with temp agencies to hire temporary help; run weekly payroll for temp employees• Assist with recruiting efforts for all departments in the organization • Generate job descriptions, offer letters and administer background checks • Prepare and maintain physical and digital personnel files• Organize and lead safety committee. Conduct safety meetings, audits and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action and implement follow up assessments• Manage and direct annual company meeting for 300+ employees

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team• Assist with employee request regarding HR issues, rules and regulations• Conduct preliminary phone interviews • Set up new hires in travel booking system (AmTrav) and SAP Concur• Maintain global organizational chart and company phone list
