Accurate Neuromonitoring provides intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) services to facilities and surgeons in the northeast. This is a standard of care and a rapidly growing service for hospitals, surgery centers and other provider locations. The company has secured the support of Housatoinc Partners, and I joined as the company's first CFO to help drive sales growth, margin expansion and to implement the infrastructure capable to propel a business driving sustained growth in case volume and revenue. After an exhilarating & exciting 4 year run as CFO and a member of the Executive Team that was instrumental in scaling the company, acquiring and integrating 2 acquisitions, supporting top line growth and margin expansion --Sigma Care became part of a M&A event with a more national strategic in the LTPAC market. This M&A process culminated in a transaction that will make the combined businesses even more successful and reward Marlin Equity for being a strong investor.Historically, with the support of Marlin Equity Partners, SigmaCare leverages regional experience and local partnerships to deliver an integrated electronic health record (EHR) platform that is specifically built to help LTPAC providers enhance reimbursement and focus on quality patient care through advanced clinical decision support and analytics.

LightSquared is the first wireless operator in the US to offer services on a wholesale only basis. It is building a 4G wireless network that will provide coverage to approximately 265M POPS. LightSquared has signed a 15 year vendor agreement with Sprint; whereby Sprint will build LightSquared’s 4G network in concert with the Sprint Network Vision deployment. To date LightSquared has raised in excess of $2.5B in both debt and equity capital and has signed customers in the several markets including wireless carriers, electronic retailers and wire line carriers as well as equipment manufacturers that all seek to offer wireless services as the demand for connectivity grows dramatically with the continual development and deployment of wireless devices. Current (late 2011 early 2012) FCC regulatory and political decisions have dramtically curtailed operations at this business.

Private Equity backed (Founders Equity and Safeguard Scientifics) medical billing services business that operated both an SaaS and process outsource model. I joined as Finance employee #1 and the company grew the revenue from sub $5m to near triple digit millions.

This telecommunications start-up developed, manufactured and deployed industry changing MEMS based technology that automated the central office for service providers worldwide. Grew the business, customer base, finance team and raised capital to scale the company for deployments into the major telecommunication carriers in France, Germany and the UK.
