As the project architect, I led the multi-disciplinary Chicago Blackhawks MB Ice Arena project team from schematic design through construction documents. A LEED Sliver, 127,000 SF facility worth $55,000,000. I was responsible for coordinating design phase deliverables, meeting client deadlines and working with the client and user groups. I created and managed the Revit model, coordinated mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems on the project, including those required for the two full size professional ice rinks. I started and led the LEED certification effort through construction documentation and managed the application process. I met with user groups and coordinated design solutions that responded to their unique needs.
