This is achieved through direct interaction with developers by email, on the NN4D Community Forum, publishing technical articles in relevant journals and face-to-face at opportunities such as presenting at developer conferences globally.Received a Special President’s Award in January 2009 for Outstanding Achievement over the previous year which came with a $3000 cash award in recognition of my direct contribution to supporting over 300 developers on the Community Forum.The knowledge gained in this activity has been used by both NAVTEQ and Nokia to develop new products and improve existing products as well as improve marketing programs aimed at this sector.
