Operated as the CTO of the customer for large accounts in the Arkansas and Oklahoma markets as part of the core account team responsible for deployment and successful utilization of the Microsoft platform. Supported 7,000 users with new installations, connections to the network, new user accounts, e-mail administrator, Operating system installation, and productivity software installation.Designed, programmed, implemented, and supported software for jet engine assembly department which eliminated 25 employees saving over $750,000 a year, increased production by 20 percent and eliminated manual number matching errors.
