Consultant in Entrepreneurship based on Research and Experimental Development (R&D) for the Fredric Nahumann Foundation and ImpactHub Tegucigalpa, in order to prepare a diagnosis of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Honduras in the year 2021 and the proposal of five public policy proposals for the promotion of national entrepreneurship, developing the following activities:a.- Design and implementation of a quantitative and qualitative research for the construction of the current situation of the national entrepreneurial ecosystem. b.- Application of methods and instruments for the collection of information and systematization and analysis of data and information for the establishment of findings and main problematic lines of national entrepreneurship. c.- Analysis of the main and binding entrepreneurship indicators of Honduras worldwide, such as the GEDI Global Entrepreneurship Index, the World Bank's Doing Business report, the World Economic Forum's Global Competitiveness Index or WIPO's Global Innovation Index, among others. d.- Mapping of the main actors of the national entrepreneurial ecosystem based on the business, public, academic and banking sectors. e.- Elaboration of the value chain of national entrepreneurship and the main spaces of financing and support for them. f.- Design and conceptualization of five public policy proposals to strengthen the Honduran entrepreneurial ecosystem.
