• Fault management on HUAWEI nodes (BTS, BSC, NodeB and RNC) using Citrix-U2000 and NetCool (Automation system).• Troubleshoot on BSCs and RNCs association alarm faults.• Provide initial analysis to localize issues and restore if possible. • Make software upgrades on Huawei nodes.• Reporting all alarms in proper escalation path VIA BMC Remedy (Trouble Ticket system).• Handling assigned trouble tickets and performing troubleshooting to alarms.• Following up outages and down sites.• Detecting performance information to identify degradation. • Respond to escalated customer network faults and delivering daily reports.• Troubleshoot problems with NFM engineers.• Ensuring the required field actions finished properly after planned activities.
