In addition to previous analyst activities, I manage routines and projects within the Risk & Control Excellence team in Brazil, including training and supervising a team since April 2022.

Control coverage and risk-topics focal point within the business of Private Banking at Credit Suisse Brazil, responsible for assisiting business colleagues, ensuring understanding and compliance with internal policies and local/external regulations. Such topics include Suitability, Cross Border, Client identification and KYC. In addition, I led the business risk & contols self assessment following central methodology and performed control checks from the first line of defense perspective.

Continous risk monitoring and control performance of Compliance risks, with focus on Private Banking coverage.Responsible for assessing risks, performing controls, monitoring and testing Compliance processes. I have assisted with the indepedent risk coverage of Private Banking in Brazil, including close advice and participation in the new business model during a divestiture project.

Job Rotation trainee program at Citibank, in the following departaments: Treasury and Trade Solutions, Private Banking, Custody and Clearing, Secutiries Services and Markets. During this period, I delivered short-term projects focusing in process’ optimization; for instance, the redesign of the FX workflow for retail clients.
