As head of the Deloitte WOZ Advisory & RE Digital Solutions team, I am responsible for further expanding and developing our services in the field of WOZ and local property tax. With these services we unburden real estate investors of the administrative processes surrounding local levies, we strengthen the grip and control over having complete and correct WOZ values as timely as possible for, amongst others, tax planning, corporate income tax returns and of course the prevention of excessive costs as a result of incorrect WOZ values and local property tax assessments.

As head of the Housing Intelligence division, I am responsible for the further development of the Housing Intelligence products and services, amongst which the Automated Valuation Model and the Object Information Tool. As the product owner and leveraging my extensive real estate experience, I am the linking pin between the clients, the developers, the data scientists, the (UX) designers and the marketeers.

Operating on the lines of the PwC real estate valuations team and the PwC quantitative solutions & smart automation team I focus on bringing data driven real estate market insights and smart automation solutions to real estate clients.
