Working in a scrum team on new features using Java, Spring & React. So far I have created many new features and some Microservices from scratch. Developed a new payment module that automated the end-to-end payment process. Worked on the redBus API to perform bookings on the redBus platform. Improved the booking Microservice by working on an auto-scaling logic using AWS EC2, RDS, S3, ElasticCache & ECS which avoids overloading and reduces the load time. Worked on improving the scalability of the system by identifying multiple bottlenecks. Working on a Mockito test framework from scratch to mock microservices and verify business functionality.

Worked on creating an event-based system that is responsible for maintaining the freshness of inventory across different platforms which reduced the latency of transactional APIs. Worked on multiple features to increase the usability of the application. Implemented social distancing for seats booked on buses within very short notice and released it successfully. Worked on migrating the UI from GWT to React which improved the look-to-book ratio making the application one of the fastest Inventory platforms.

Worked in an agile team migrating the monolith on-premise architecture to a cloud-based microservice deployed in the SAP cloud platform. Created many Rest APIs from scratch and a complete Microservice (reporting engine) using factory patterns in Java & Spring. The feature helped customers to analyze and visualize their business performance. Also wrote adapters for reading workflow events from different sources like SAP PO, SAP ECC, SAP Success Factors, Microsoft Flow, etc.Worked as a Developer in a scrum team for developing a web application for a remote operations center integrating multiple systems used to monitor oil wells. Integrated with systems reading IoT sensors to monitor oil wells, constantly pushing the health of wells to a central monitoring system. Developed a module for managing tasks. Normalized database structure which provided a platform to create Ad hoc tasks irrespective of the orchestration system. Worked with GIS systems using user location information to assign respective tasks to the available users. Integrated Historian, Hydrocarbon accounting systems and GIS tools for the application.
