Professional development and program design • Designed and delivered professional development programming for all Broad Residency cohorts (Eight 3-day training sessions annually). Coached and mentored a subset of the Residents • Supported annual selection process of Broad Residents, helping to screen and interview over 1,000 candidates per year, resulting in a 2% admissions rate• Developed scalable systems to drive the growth of the two-year career transition and leadership development program; expanding program from 42 to 105 annual participants• Secured $4 million in private funding to develop online knowledge sharing and job board platformPartnershipsEstablished and managed organizational relationships with senior leadership and CEOs across the country• Designed and managed the partner organization recruitment and selection process for Resident placement• Increased team capacity to manage relationships with diverse array of partner organizations to competitively place Residents; increasing the partner organization pool from 27 organizations in 2009 to 150 organizations in 2013

Community and program leadership Served as a representative of the Foundation more than 50 external stakeholders to further the organization’s mission• Developed relationships with community leaders and engaged in work with schools, organizations and government agencies that were aligned with the Foundation’s mission and programmatic priorities• Analyzed changing community needs related to the Foundation's programmatic areas and advised Board of Directors on effective new grant-making strategies• Redesigned the education and youth development program area to be proactive and increase the equity of supports and opportunities available to children in under-resourced East Bay communities

School model and policy development • Implemented an integrated model of support-service delivery for children and youth to promote academic and development success• Designed and delivered a three-year professional development/technical assistance and capacity building academy for school system and county leadership• Coordinated regional policy work with the California Center for Community School Partnership and National Coalition for Community Schools to ensure alignment with state and national policy frameworks• Secured $2.4 million in public and private funding to establish regional policies to ensure public funding to scale and sustain community schools in San Mateo County

Managed implementation of enrichment programming for the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Science Enrichment program, aiming to increase readiness and enrollment of students from underrepresented populations to UC schools• Expanded high school and middle school summer enrichment programming seats from 30 to 120 students• Served as university partner liaison to the San Diego City Schools science education re-design initiative; • Collaborated to design and launch local science education association, aimed at increasing core knowledge of science educators

• Designed and implemented comprehensive youth ministry programming for 330 students• Founded summer leadership training institute for 160 youth leaders from across Southern Colorado
