Current- Drive and improve Callington Middle East subsidiary effectiveness by developing strategies, processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement- Managing the subsidiary regional operations: Supply Chain, Technical / Sales, Accounting and Finances- Managing local 3rd Party Vendors: Manufacturing, Accounting, Logistics and Legal- Full responsibility of the Subsidiary Budget, P&L, Managing Cashflow and Operating Profits- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives- Successfully acquired the ISO 9001 for the middle east entity in 2021, and the renewal in consecutive years
