Uploading Laserscan Links and Panoramic images, process sheet, CLL data, Reports, 2D/3D data, Clash test images and videos in IntoSite. Providing access to new users, auditing the user information and data maintenance.• Digital Factory: 2D Plant Layout Standardization: Creating Floor/Aisle Path/Vehicle line/Tools separately from the original layouts. Converting 3D to 2D to reduce the file size for easy access by plant engineers for ergonomic and simulation study. Creating Ford 2D resource library for final, body and paint standard facility, electrical and tools.• Digital Factory: 3D CLL WSR (Work Station Readiness): Leading the Digital Factory team, for creating 3D productions facility for current and future layout for ergonomic and simulation study for assembly plant. • QLS: Quality Leadership System (Quality Line Inspection): Creating Inspection graphics allow the inspection item and positions to be selected by a picture instead of the QLS text terminology. Creating eCATS (Electronic Customer Acceptance Test System) is used as a data collection tool for electrical repair technicians to identify root cause where issues exist with the EDS. Creating grid and paint graphics which is used by inspector to identify and log the errors like dirt, dent, scratches, etc., by simple screen touch.• Paint shop/Body Shop Illustrations: Preparing illustrated technical document for Paint shop/Body shop sealer for pre-production support and update graphics only on Paint Process sheet.• Process Simulation Study: Virtual assembly build and validation of the manufacturing process, cycle time, space requirements and collision analyses.
