Unicorn Hub is incubation program. An initiative designed to support the development of new startups through a comprehensive set of activities. Unicorn Hub provides a range of services, including mentoring, training, access to a network of industry experts and investors, and even financial support to help early-stage companies grow and scale.Together with other innovation experts, I co-authored an incubation program that was accepted for implementation by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) with the highest score among all the proposals submitted by other organizations.In the Unicorn Hub incubation program, I'am responsible for ensuring that the foundational plan we have built is implemented, for facilitating workshop collaboration with all startups, and also for individually mentoring some of them.The program will incubate a total of 270 startups.

In my role as a Workshop Facilitator, I had the honor of guiding international students in the practical aspects of setting up and running a startup. Drawing on my entrepreneurial background and teaching skills, I provided hands-on learning experiences that demonstrated the steps from ideation to startup operation.My workshops focused on crucial elements like creating and testing business models, building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and conducting business experiments. I emphasized the importance of agile thinking, encouraging students to validate their ideas through iterative testing and customer feedback.As an educator, my goal was to impart not just theoretical knowledge, but to foster an entrepreneurial mindset. My approach was rooted in real-world applicability, bridging the gap between academic concepts and their practical implications in the ever-changing world of startups.Through interactive sessions, I nurtured problem-solving skills, encouraged creative thinking, and promoted a learning environment that appreciated failure as much as success - as both are essential components of the startup journey.

In my role as a Startup Development Expert, I crafted practical workshop frameworks that enabled innovators to take crucial steps in their entrepreneurial journey. These workshops were designed to not only inspire innovation, but also offer hands-on guidance for creating and testing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in a real customer environment.I meticulously constructed these workshops to serve as a road map, guiding the participants through the nuances of MVP creation, customer validation, and iterative refinement.
