Bij A+B Adviesgroep houdt ik mij bezig met mensen en bedrijven te helpen bij het verbeteren van processen. Hierbij zet ik mijn HR- en financiële achtergrond breed in. Mijn ervaring in de IT-sector is een belangrijke meerwaarde. Ik begeleid bijvoorbeeld RI&E processen, bied hulp bij functie-indeling, beoordeel cao-toepassingen en maak geautomatiseerde processen gemakkelijk toegankelijk voor onze relaties. Ook voor ondersteuning bij de werving en selectie van nieuwe medewerkers kan men op mij rekenen. Responsible for:- the right guidance and support for users of Visma products (eHRM and Payroll);- the correct execution of other tasks performed by the department staff (testing, maintenance documentation, delivery releases);- adequate staffing and accessibility of the Support Center;- handling complaints from users;- guiding and managing the reporting staff in such a way that they achieve optimum performance.Extra roles:- Escalation manager: Contact for customers and coordinator regarding escalations within our software.- Member of the PAB (Product Advisory Board). Responsible for determining the content, roadmap and planning of all future releases of the Visma eHRM and Payroll software.
