As DG Internals, I led a team of 30-40 students across various departments including security, operations, media, decor, and finance to organize North Pakistan's largest parliamentary debating championship. I worked closely with each team, ensuring smooth coordination, resource management, and execution of tasks to deliver a successful and memorable event. My role required strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide a diverse group of individuals. Through effective communication and hands-on involvement, I ensured that all operational goals were met on time.
