This project focuses on automation & simplication of selling process via system. Engaged with business units to identify current AS-IS process & worked with system developers to understand TO-BE process. Sub-projects include: i) Enhancement of Corporate Client Services Portal for MY & SG CIMB Investment Bankers, ii) On-The-Go Apps for CIMB Branches nationwide via eLearning approach, and iii) Digital sales banking transformation for CIMB's MIS regionAccomplishment: On-The-Go eLearning coursewares reduced training expenditures for 4000+ staff. This non-traditional system training delivery for Branch's Officers & Tellers proposed based on cost-saving initiative. b) Project Name: Training BranchResponsible to conduct job competencies mapping for Branch personnel & address performance gaps. c) Project Name: 1Platform - CIMBThis nationwide project involves analysing of new core-banking system implementation and impact to business work process. Responsible to develop training content as per system specification and to perform user testing and validate content. Also task to deliver training to specific business unit on account-related services. In charge of training material readiness and logistic schedule.Accomplishment:Published 25 modules related to CIF & delivered over 70+ hours of classroom training to support End-Users. Responsible for logistic readiness of all 5 outstation training centers nationwide throughout the project duration.
