NRL, a Greenfield project, delivers world-class diagnostic testing facilities to the MENA region.✪ Mubasher delivered 10 year business and financial plan including strategy, market/SWOT analysis, testing platforms, HR, Procurement, Logistics, Acquisitions, Cash Management, Risk Management and Sensitivity analysis. The plan is adopted by the board and currently being implemented by the team. ✪ Mubasher established the Finance, Procurement and IT departments with dependable internal controls.
