NRL is a Mubadala Healthcare initiative, created in partnership with and operated by Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp), one of the world's largest and most experienced clinical laboratory operators. NRL, a Greenfield project, delivers world-class diagnostic testing facilities to the MENA region.✪ Mubasher delivered 10 year business and financial plan including strategy, market/SWOT analysis, testing platforms, HR, Procurement, Logistics, Acquisitions, Cash Management, Risk Management and Sensitivity analysis. The plan is adopted by the board and currently being implemented by the team. ✪ Mubasher established the Finance, Procurement and IT departments with dependable internal controls. Lead the Oracle Business Suite 11i and 12 implementation, developed edge-to-edge interface with ADCB to electronically process the payments. ✪ Mubasher headed the Department of Finance and Corporate Services, Department of Procurement and IT Department at National Reference Laboratory. Mubasher provided guidance and leadership in all areas of finance, interacting with other managers and senior management to provide business intelligence and consultative support for new business initiatives. ✪ Mubasher lead the initiative to efficient and effective Revenue Cycle Management, lean operations and negotiations with vendors to improve service levels at a more favourable cost. This reduced the cost of supplies, streamlined the inventories by 50%, reduced the lead time by 70% and shortened the average days sales outstanding by 26 days.✪ Mubasher mentored junior resources in financial analysis and risk management.
