• Overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on the project site.• Ensuring that the team carries out MEP work according to approved shop drawings and within the timeframe of the construction program.• Confirming that the installation, inspection, and testing of all MEP equipment, fittings, and work meet specifications and consultant requirements.• Verifying the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance with specifications, the consultant’s design, and local authority standards.• Reviewing the consultant’s design and specifications.• Taking complete responsibility for deciding on day-to-day tasks for subordinates, including scheduling activities, assigning tasks, ensuring work accuracy, supplying resources, and addressing operational issues.• Coordinating with other project personnel to meet deadlines, procedures, and project requirements.• Liaising with local authorities to secure approval for MEP services drawings and service connections.• Preparing shop drawings and material submittals for the consultant’s approval.

• Inspecting and keeping track of the ongoing MEP activities that fall under the project's Scope. • Complete supervision in erecting of ETS room for the district cooling plant system. • Technical submittal reviewing for HVAC Equipment to ensure that equipment is align with the site requirement’s.• Preparing complete cost estimation of MEP elements which includes , Material, Labor, Erection equipment, testing commissioning man hours, Direct and indirect resources in line with BOQ, scope of work, project specifications and standards.• Study Tender BOQ and, Quantities Take Off, sending queries to subcontractors/vendors to get Competitive quotations which leads to comparative statement. • Liaise with construction/operation team to establish execution / method statement and reflect the same in the estimate. • In charge of HVAC Quantity Takes-off and generating MR requests which led to SAP and then Purchase Order. • Raising Work inspection requests for the completed jobs. • Coordinating with the Design department regarding Shop drawing and Material Submittal issues. • Following up the vendors for the designated purchase Order and delivery date. • Providing Technical Assistance to project Team for HVAC Equipment installation and method statement.• Attending Weekly meeting with management team to give them over view of weekly progress

• Preparation of Budget Estimates on the basis of Project Design and BOQ._ Monitoring Installation progress of G.I Ducting, CHW piping, condensate drain piping for centralized HVAC system.• Technical assistant to Site execution team to fulfill prerequisite for commissioning of VRF system.• Technical assistance provided to site team regarding installation of HVAC Equipment such as, FCU, AHU, Pumps and Chiller as per manufacturer Recommendation and Method statement. • Monitoring and maintaining of equipment in defect liability period after commissioning, • VRF selection and design review to ensure it is align with the Project Design specification. • Supervision of Test Run & Commissioning of VRF YORK and HITACHI System. • Producing, reviewing and implementing appropriate documentation including preconstruction information, schedules of work, specifications, schematics and drawings fortender for each project. • Providing day-to-day technical support to Operations and Maintenance department to troubleshoot and fix HVAC System.

• Supervision of installation of HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting items as per standard ASHRAE, IPC and NFPA respectively. • I am Managing all MEP deliverables, specifications, drawings and technical requisitions within strenuous quality and safety criteria.• Execution of VRF System as per ASHRAE Recommendation and Supervision of Test Run & Commissioning of VRF Toshiba and LG System. • Plan and monitor task completion by contractors. • Participating in site meetings with vendor/Supplier, client and consultant. • Prepare Red Mark Drawing after Completing the activity & submit it for Work Inspection RequestDocumentation controlling such as Request for Inspection/installations site/project activities and rectifying if any Pending works /activities
