• Responsible for a $2M hockey operations budget, hockey personnel, contract negotiations, scouting professional, collegiate, and major junior professional hockey games, league administration, player immigration, and team travel.• Served as liaison for all business and hockey-related matters between the Cleveland Lumberjacks and the Minnesota Wild/Chicago Blackhawks.• Facilitated an NHL affiliation agreement with Minnesota Wild for 2000-2001 season.• Advanced to Turner Cup playoffs both seasons.

• Maintained a $750K budget for hockey operations expenses.• Scouted, evaluated and assisted in all aspects of player personnel.• Hired hockey personnel, negotiated contracts, executed league administration, arranged player immigration, completed an NHL affiliation, and organized team travel.• Served as Alternate Governor, Assistant Coach, interim Head Coach and as a member of the East Coast Hockey League Rules Committee.• Led expansion team to Kelly Cup playoffs during both years of existence.
