About Martin Mulder

As the MES Site Lead, responsible for building the short and long term strategy of the MES platform for Janssen Leiden. working with both local and global stakeholders and users to develop the required capabilities and subsequently plan the execution and program deliveries to ensure that the end-state, integrated solution meets the Business requirements across all impacted functions and Business Units end-to-end.Through my 20+ years experience in Industrial IT and Automation within the MAKE Industry, I understand both the technical and the business side of Manufacturing Systems and therefore can bridge the gaps between the IT folks and the sites. Working with all the different cultures within J&J helped me to understand the needs of the different sectors and platforms and in combination with future standards like Industry 4.0 & Data Analytics and working close together with the technical teams I can help the sites to come to the right solution.
