In this role, I develop and implement comprehensive, evolving technology deployment strategies and department budget, as well as operational procedures, best practices, and policies for internet filtering, leveraging Barracuda Web Security. I monitor web system performance and deliver analyses, providing troubleshooting and system repair for hardware, software, and operating systems. I ensure continuous local on-site and cloud-based off-site back ups of all internal data. Install and upgrade programs, modules, servers, hardware, and network equipment, administering training for end-users on software and desktop systems to deliver employee performance, advising on strategic IT planning and new technology parameters. I also collaborate with vendors to procure new equipment, negotiating contracts for Internet/Voice, printing/copying solutions, and hardware leasing.Key Accomplishments:· Configured Active Directory to synchronize with Azure Active Directory, as well as Exchange, DHCP, WSUS, NTFS security, print server, disk quota management, Antivirus, backup servers, and 66 security cameras.· Rolled-out remote online solution for 300 users across Google Suite and Office 365, managing hardware through Intune and Relay mDM solutions for Windows laptops and Apple iPads; leveraged Acronic Deploy to push images. · Championed wireless network for the campus, using Aerohive Wireless solution and developed online documentation as a reference for troubleshooting and various issue resolution. · Lead curriculum team to strategize continuous technology improvements in the classroom keeping in mind cost, training and the effectiveness of the technology.
