• Managed major retrofit program impacting a population of 450 Customers World Wide.
• Saved $3M from original project cost projections by working closely with Team Members to identify other solutions to offer Customers in Lieu of a total field retrofit packages.
• Negotiated and defined Statements of Work with Customers for field Retrofits achieving savings in excess $150k.
• Coordinated Field Deployment activities between Customers and Tower Crews allowing for a timely and efficient retrofit of the Customers Network
• Assisted in doubling Retrofit Capacity by setting up a 2nd Contract Manufacturer Project Manager, Project Management Office (2008 – 2009)Tracked the day-to-day operational aspects while setting up parallel.
• Reviewed high level deliverables and managed risks associated with them such as Material Availability, Training and Test Station Set-Up in support of yearly sales of $600M.

• Worked extensively as Liaison between various cross functional teams which included Design Engineering, Components Engineering, Supplier Quality, Accounting, Planning, Materials, Logistics, Product Line Management and.
• Achieved cost Saving of $400K per year as a result of shutting down 3 warehouses
• Implemented a lighter shipping crate design resulting in material and shipping cost reductions of $131K within the first year of implementation.
• Managed disposal of $12.3M in Excess and Obsolete Material.
• Eliminated over 100 manual touch up operations per Printed Circuit Board by working with CM and the Engr Design group to redesign all RF boards to include Plugged Via Holes into the Design, a new approach for the RF.
• Saved over $100K in scrap material by working with Engineering to redesign WG Filter using HALT, HASS Techniques. First Pass Yields went from 60% to 98%. Field Failures dropped to less than 2%.

Primary responsibilities included:(1) converting all Aircraft Mechanical and Electrical Hand Drawings of the Metro and Merlin Aircraft to CAD (2) working with FAA to get drawing approval (3) determining Material Disposition and Phase-In Dates by Aircraft as a member of Engineering Change Board.
