Participate with a team from the private sector and the government sector in the decision-making process of the regulation of the labor market

• Develop and implement Human Resources and People Development strategies, objectives and processes. • Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.• Responsible for training and development, remuneration and performance management• Manage headcount and planning workforce to optimize efficiency and ensure effective performance/development management support is provided; oversee Payroll Management and all functions relating to the payroll.• Act as custodian of HR policies and procedures and ensures proper delivery of HR processes.• Lead change by identifying initiatives aligned with business requirements and strategic objectives of the business.• Manage Localization program and direct section management to achieve and maintain highest level of Saudization.• Monitor Industrial Relations and provide advice on action to be taken to maintain a productive working climate.

- Provide legal advices in light of laws & regulations of Saudi Arabia.- Draft and review all company operational agreements for all branches of the company in collaboration with the departments concerned and the discussion of the amendment if necessary.- Lead the negotiations in collaboration with the Business Development department of to negotiate with developers and landlords with regard to lease agreements, and then discuss the contractual terms of the agreement with them is consistent with company policy.- Shed light on the legal risks that may face the company and offering solutions or alternatives to face these risks or reduce danger- Follow-up cases filed by or against the company and prepare reports illustrating the status of the company in legal terms with the introduction of legal recommendations on how to deal with the issues and try to reach compromises settlements with the conflicted parties.- Supervise company relation with some official agencies (Ministry of commercial, Municipality, etc...).- Coordinate between the company and the international legal department in Dubai in all legal matters.- Coordinate with the company external advisers.

The localisation committee is responsible to set the guidelines and procedures for localizing the 12 wholesale and retail sector

• Provide legal advices to the group departments in work related issues.• Analyze the possible outcomes of legal cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.• Represent the group companies in court or before government agencies.• Develop strategies and arguments for processing legal cases.• Participate in drafting, reviewing the group policies and procedures.• Review and approve the employees termination decisions.• Prepare, draft and review agreements, documents, contracts.• Handled more than 100 case (civil, commercial, criminal, labour).

• Handle all the labours cases for the group companies. • Participate in drafting and reviewing the group's internal regulation for the organization of work. • Prepare periodic reports of major problems facing the company and provide legal solutions to avoid them (focused in the labour law side). • Negotiate settlements of labour disputes, and prepare settlement agreements to sign.

Represent the institute in all legal issue.Review the contracts before finalizing.Deal with staff issues, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
