I receive time studies for the cost allocation team and make sure they are complete and accurate. Keep record of federal grants and do monthly draw downs of grant money into our department. Record the revenue in proper accounts and track the expenditures and draws with the grant balances. Monthly reconciliation of expenditures and quarterly reconciliation of all draws completed. I've created and given training for supervisors and employees in the field to help them gain a better understanding of the information they provide our office and the importance of it.I am also the department inventory contact working between outlying offices and central state contacts to make sure inventory is up to date and complete. I overhauled our inventory system and implemented training for employees charged with keeping the inventory so there is consistency throughout our 30+ offices.
