Facilitated mandatory diversity and inclusion training for City of Oakland Employees, using experiential learning methodology and restorative practices to enable deep interpersonal reflection, as well as collaborative learning.

Partnered with UC Berkeley's Public Service Center to create marketing campaigns to support recruitment and development goals.
