-Perform regular scheduled preventive maintenance on most OR equipment types including: patient warmers, surgery tables, fluid warmers, IV pumps including Sigma Baxter, electrosurgical generators (Medtronic/Valleylab), patient defribrillators ( Medtronic/Zoll), and CS300 Intra-aortic Balloon pumps (Maquet)-Troubleshoot and test and repair devices when they fail or staff suspect malfunction.-Provide clinical application support, primarily by supporting live procedures by running neuro-navigational support with STEALTH MEDTRONIC systems.-Provide on demand live support for video integration with STORZ, OLYMPUS, and STRYKER systems.

Performed regular bi-annual and annual PM checks and electrical leakage tests on hospital-wide medical equipment including critical life support systems.Documented and logged all regularly scheduled and unscheduled PM checks, tests, simulations, and repairs, as well as rental and demo equipment; familiar with Medimizer PM program and database; regular use of Medtester 5000C for leakage tests and readings.Responsible for any and all service calls or equipment trouble-shooting issues throughout the hospital facilities.Concentrated most work in GI Lab, ICU, Respiratory, Recovery, Telemetry, ODS, Main Lab, Central Supply.Trained and certified on Sigma Baxter Infusion pumps. Perform EST, SST’s, and corrective maintenance on Puritan Bennett 840 ventilators.Perform corrective maintenance and planned maintenance on various models of hospital equipment according to the OEM procedures.Write service reports and planned maintenance checklist to validate procedures and parts usage. Perform electrical safety tests according to AAMI standards.Maintain test equipment calibration logs, parts usage data reports, inventory checks, and service manual revisions.
