Muhammad Naim (Naim), an Ary Ginanjar University alumnus in business management, was awarded a full scholarship via the Tahfidzul Quran pathway. While studying, he was active in Islamic student organizations, assisting ESQ trainers, and developing Al-Quran learning institutions.He started his career as a training and development staff at the Aksi Cepat Tanggap Foundation. Assist in overseeing employee introduction training, internalization, Islamic education seminars, and training in both hard and soft skills (e.g., digital marketing, service excellence, brand awareness, leadership, etc.).Based on this experience, Naim was assigned by The ACT Foundation to manage of Peradaban Islamic boarding schools in Tasikmalaya. Responsible for developing student's in Islamic education curriculum, character building, and involvement in the community.Naim received certification as a professional trainer and coach from BNSP through ESQ Coaching Academy training, assisting PT Neural Technologies Indonesia in people development, soft skills training, employee gatherings and corporate training facilitators.In the process, Naim started his career again as Business Development at PT Alien Bangun Nusantara while continuing his master's education in management at Esa Unggul University.
