My expertise is developing marketing strategies to build a strong presence in new markets and grow companies’ business in these markets with broad experience building customer acquisition journeys, conversion optimization, and lead generation. I was born and raised in Brazil, I lived in Italy for 5 years after I got my bachelor’s degree in Marketing Administration, and lived in Spain for 5 years. During these years living in different countries, I studied and worked in multicultural and stimulating environments where I had the opportunity to develop my creativity to solve all kinds of situations living outside of my comfort zone. I learned to ask the right question to always get creative solutions, both in my professional life and in my personal life. I can find smart solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary problems. I have also developed empathy and good communication skills that allow me to understand customers’ needs, create connections between companies and their clients and between companies and other potential partners to develop new opportunities for collaboration to strengthen their business. I have excellent analytical skills to make decisions, identify priorities, opportunities and set transparent, achievable, and challenging goals to inspire and work with my team. I’m not afraid of taking on new responsibilities and managing multiple projects at once. I enjoy building things from scratch, if something needs to get done, I'm comfortable figuring it out autonomously. Besides my professional tasks, I like to offer my skills to collaborate in social impact projects, right now I’m committed to a project that main goal is to support and empower women in social vulnerability and I'm in charge of the content creation of e-books and digital marketing support to engage people in social transformation.
