Involved with production qualification and compliance tests with support from external laboratories/agencies (UL, CSA). Products developed include ASIC based Electronic Energy Meter(First in India), Surge Protector or electronic equipments, Coaxial Protectors, Line Jack unit and Electronic Ballast. Developed ASIC for the electronic energy meter project with Design support from ER&DC. Was responsible for Program and Product Management from the concept to identifying foundry and appropriate technology for manufacturing this ASIC.From Definition to Product Launch ready for mass production was completed in record 14 months cycle time.
