* As Project Coordinator executed Enterprise Vendor Neutral Archiving System (VNA), Radiology Information System (RIS), Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS) & Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) from Wipro for all Military hospitals & Clinics in Taif Region. Applied TOGAF & PMI methodologies during the project.* Prepared RFP for the project, part of the project decision-making committee, prepared project charter, project plan and involved all phases of the project until project closure.* As Project Coordinator successfully completed implementation of challenging project to replace 30 years legacy Mainframe HIS with Wipro Hospital Information System (HIS), proposed by the Medical Service Department(MSD) division of the Ministry of Defense to implement in all multi-specialty military hospitals and clinics of Taif region, with an over-all 800+ bed capacity. Migrated data, provided power user training and implemented all modules of HIS including EHR & EMR. Was part of the Architecture team, engage since the initial stage to closure. * In accordance with the hospital vision and planning, moving towards further improvements and complete digitization and working with the strategy team on these.* As Project Manager Successfully implemented MS-SQL Based common data repository with Taurus software. Build scripts to transfer data bidirectional between Mainframe and SQL.* Developed in-house subsystems for hospital users like Bed Utilization of patients, sick leave, sitters permit, billing certificate, payroll/finance, Lab customize reports and housing application using VB, ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server &web services technologies.* Involved in training, application developers to recognize & use data in the in-house applications & ensuring for data synchronization.

* As Project Manager successfully initiated and accomplished transitional project from films and papers to digital Fusion Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) & Radiology Information System (RIS) from Merge HealthCare. Analyzed on the workflow, modality & HL7 interface. Configured the server software/hardware in the clustered environment, interfacing the modalities & PACS. Interfacing of HL7 between HIS to RIS. Installing &configuring client software of PACS/RIS in workstations. And configuring PAC servers, MPPS & worklist in modalities. Digitized & migrated patient data into PACS.* Post-go-live managed all activities as the PACS/RIS Administrator to support the system. Involved in Daily activities for PACS/RIS and is responsible for the operation and management of the radiology PACS/RIS systems, long term storage, archive system and all hardware/software associated with the system, providing user training and monitoring system changes. Monitored & diagnosed system problems and resolved them according to established policies and procedures.* Document all issues(hardware, application, facility, etc.). A Product having Manufacturing, Customers, Purchasing, Sales, Stock & Inventory Control, Payroll, User management, SMS & CallerID, POS, Accounts & Reports Module multilingual (English & Arabic). * Initiated Electronic Data Management System for SABIC using ASP.Net, VB.Net & SQL Server Technologies.

* Developed & Implemented project for a UK client (Barracudas day camps) an online summer camp enrollment for children using SQL Server 2000, ASP.NET, C# & JavaScript technologies.* Completed project using ASP, MY SQL, JavaScript, and VBScript for Austrian client portal to have multilingual (English, French & Arabic) capabilities for their searches and view company performance data in graphical view. * Developed & Implemented project for Mind Matrix Consulting Pvt Ltd using VB.NET, SQL Server & Crystal Report technologies. The Solution allows to process transactions, maintain customer records, track all transactions & customer records maintained.
