Our current focus is on developing a CRM system for our clients to use to run their business and a new CRM system for our company to run and track our business. The first release of our client CRM was in August 2015 and we've got teams of people working non stop to get advisors migrated over to it.I also maintain most the server infrastructure that runs the applications we develop.

In charge of all of the IT infrastructure that ran the internal systems responsible for the day to day operations of the newspaper. This included Sun Solaris servers, Linux servers (primarily Redhat), Windows servers, Cisco switches and Avaya phone system. Managed the support desk staff that supported the desktop systems of 200-300 end users as well as providing desktop support myself as needed. Involved in migrations for major systems and databases including migrating 80% of the building from Mac to Windows computers, switching from a Meridian phone system to Avaya and migrating from one major version of our core database to another which involved a lot of data migrations.
