• Provided support to Sales Department on quotations, proposals, pump sizing, and compiling data sheets of Centrifugal Pump, Aftermarket Spare Part, Vacuum Pump, and Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE).• Configure to find the most suitable pumps for customers based on the data given and price competitiveness to ensure that the pump will work smoothly without any error after installation.• Assisted Sales Team to provide customer support for the products that potentially ordered by customer.• Provided support in the form of procedural documentations to the Sales Team• Aliased with the Customer Service Department for ordering purposes by providing the Purchase Proposal Request Form (PPR) on each item that is being ordered by a customer.• Draw the General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) of 1 complete set of Centrifugal pumps (consisting of Pump, Motor, Coupling, and Baseplate) for the customer by using AutoCAD.• Assisted Technician by providing the GAD of Baseplate using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint.• Managed to complete drawing of Baseplate GAD on 1 project that consisted of 20 tags in two days.• Provide the AutoCAD drawing of Seal Gland for each pump that required the usage of Seal Gland for them to operate.

• Involved in the R&D Department• Responsible to design packaging box cavities for various sizes of products by using AutoCAD software• Performed Drop Test to determine the failure behaviour of the packaging box cavities.• Collaborated with the Industrial Engineer team to minimize the unnecessary cost of the box cavities• Standardized the packaging boxes to reduce the number of unnecessary packaging boxes from 100 type of box to only 50 boxes.• Discussed with the Production team to optimize the time taken to fold the box cavities.
