"Think lightly of yourself and deeply of the world"Hi, I'm Manisha 😊 I'm a TCK who grew up in different countries, lived in Canada for 15 years, currently based in India, and work all around the world! Whether it was experiencing the lack of belonging and connection, navigating complex systemic inequities, supporting myself and others through the constant cycles of stress and burnout, all my experiences have helped me realize and advocate for the *need to prioritize social and emotional skills across all levels, and to bridge the gap between inner and outer work.*I spend time building, leading and collaborating with purpose-driven organizations and individuals, driven by their compassion and care for the world. Over the past 10 years, I’ve built and supported non-profits that are re-thinking education, helped young adults navigate the process of finding meaningful careers, created communities centred around impact and entrepreneurship, and built cultures that prioritize equity and inclusion.My current work includes:⭐ Designing and facilitating programs and communities that inspire self-reflection, global citizenship, social change, and innovation⭐ Bringing mindfulness and authentic connection to leaders and organizations as a wellbeing consultant and facilitator⭐ Coaching women to navigate transitions and realign themselves towards a more unconventional and fulfilling path As a Coach and Facilitator, I hold space for different lived experiences and use a variety of modalities, frameworks, and tools that create a deeper state of grounding, connection, and alignment. I’ve been trained in yoga, meditation, facilitation and coaching techniques that allow you to create your own path of exploration and expansion.
