I am working at Folio3 as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, besides project related activities I am also involved in Organizational wide Quality Improvement initiatives for various projects & teams under Enterprise, Mobile, Game and Social networking application domains. Below is the summary of additional tasks I perform as SQA Lead: - Understand and explain the Project Requirement's and Project Plan to team members - Scoping of team efforts required for QA and delegation of tasks to team members - Represent QA in Project Requirements and Design meetings and provide constructive feedback - Establish team coordination with clear focus and direction towards common goal - Coordinate with Project Manager, Development team & lead etc for smooth and timely delivery of quality product to customer - Review, development and management of QA artifacts prepared by juniors - Defining policies and goals for organization wide QA process implementation and improvement - Conduct interview's to hire talented individuals in QA

After being promoted to Senior QA I continue to Lead the QA team of around 4-5 individuals on the same project and involved in organization wide QA activities as well, besides the assigned project related activities I am also involved in organizational wide QA activities, In addition to QA lead responsibilities I am involved in: - Conducting first interview for hiring SQA individuals - Project SQA estimations - Mentoring and educating QA resources on testing skills through training sessions etc - Load & Performance testing using open source tools available (JMeter, Apache bench, VSTS etc)

I joined folio3 as part of the PixSense team and continue to work in the same team, where I enhanced my skills and knowledge about mobile and web application testing and given a role of team lead, my responsibilities as lead QA were: - Review and giving feedback on requirement document for clarification and enhancement. - To provide QA testing estimates, Test strategy development & planning and test scenarios writing. - Debugging and deployment of application on QA/staging servers - Build roll-out on production servers (client environment) with development team - Test cases / defects review for correctness and completeness - Maintenance and support of TestTrack (Bug tracking and test case management tool) - Test case automation
