Primary responsibility as among the focal person driving the business growth of the company in securing new projects and maintaining the existing project in hand. Direct supervision in managing the overall operational, financial and manpower for government-related projects. Also act as the focal person in liaising with authorities which include reporting, financial claims, legal compliance, periodical technical meetings as well as any issues related with the project execution.Direct reporting to the Managing Director in the technical and commercial documentation for government projects and tenders. Assigned as interim RPO to oversee the Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 and its subsidiary regulations compliance for the client MNC company; Agilent Technologies

• Primary role as Lead Field Engineer that conducts onsite routine environmental sampling and monitoring with respect to Atomic Energy Licensing Act,1984 (Act 304) compliance in mining and milling industry. Led the development of scientific reports upon the completion of laboratory analysis which require critical scientific analysis and interpretation. • Efficiently implemented and consulted clients on radiation safety management pertaining the Act 304 compliance as part of the RPC team in the company with sound knowledge in Radiation Protection Plan, Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan and Radiation Security Plan for application of license with the Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB).• Key personnel in training program as certified trainer and technical instructor for the radiation safety and awareness courses including the RPO course certification acknowledged by the AELB. • Focal person that developed the Radiological Impact Assessment (RIA), Radioactive Balance Analysis (RBA) and Radiological Safety Assessment Report (RSAR) which requires close liaison with academicians and external consultants. • key data analyst in the consultant team which successfully developed the scientific report for the NORM assessment project in Kuwait Oil Company.• Part of the consultant team that successfully established the study required by the authorities on the development of potential sites for radioactive Water-Leached Purification (WLP) residue disposal facility for Lynas Malaysia Sdn Bhd.• Involved in Hazardous Waste Management project in Kuwait as the Environmental Engineer cum Radiation Safety Officer for the Kuwait Oil Company

• Successfully developed and established the implementation of the Guided-Self Regulations (GSR) required by the DOE through the 7Environmental Mainstreaming Tools in the company management system.• Managed environmental related issues with the DOE pertaining Act 127 and AELB pertaining radioactive waste management regulations. This includes the responsibility in managing the radioactive and scheduled wastes generation, storage and disposal along with the related documentation (eg: notification, inventory update, consignment note, waste card, disposal approval) required by the DOE and AELB.• Established the SOP and Waste Management System to be incorporated into Environmental Management System for ISO 14001 application.• Focal person that updated the company's SOP in environmental fieldwork, sampling and preservation to comply with the relevant standards both locally and internationally. (ASTM, IAEA, USEPA, etc.)
