As team lead for the management and oversight of the DoD spectrum management softwaredocumentation, I continue to develop and maintain four Client Training Manuals (DoD,Federal, International, and Commercial), the Server Site Handbook, all Help Files for bothclient and server software as well as the server utilities (Help Desk, Server Manager,etc.), and any release notes, news flashes, or other documents as required. I continue toprovide assistance to the program developers in developing requirements and designdocuments. As one of the lead trainers for DoD spectrum management software, I continueto train military and civilian personnel at various locations on the use of the DoDspectrum management software. I have also trained spectrum managers from several foreigncountries. I have become more proficient in the use of RoboHelp HTML and Web Help bydeveloping Web Help for a spectrum world-wide online database project.

As team lead for the management and oversight of the documentation for the DoD spectrummanagement software, my task include developing and maintaining the Training Manual, HelpFiles and Requirements documents. I provide assistance to the program developers indeveloping requirements and design documents. As one of the lead trainers, I have trainedmilitary and civilian personnel at various locations on the use of the DoD spectrummanagement software. I also developed and taught a modified course at the request of acustomer. I became proficient in the use of RoboHelp HTML software and Visual FoxPro 6.0,and designed and coded a mapping print program for the DoD spectrum management softwaresystem.

As a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Data Standardization Project, my primaryresponsibility was database configuration management. I also reviewed and analyzed thedatabases of 16 computer systems containing thousands of data elements to determine thedata elements that were common to all systems. I assisted in creating a standard DataDictionary for those common data elements that were found (approximately 300).

As a member of the Mobile Subscriber Equipment-Network Planning Tool (MSE-NPT) projectteam, I was in charge of writing, producing, and maintaining various documents (e.g.,User's Manual, Requirements document, Technical Bulletins, System Specifications, etc.)all according to DoD standard 2167-A and MIL-STD 1521B documents. I coordinated theproduction and delivery of the documents which included setting up reviews and meetingswith Government staff and customers.

My Primary responsibilities were to provide programming support for several engineeringprojects developed by the company (MARK IV real-time project, theCommunications/Electronic Warfare (COM/EW) project and the Satellite Maintenance Model). I was the system administrator for an ENCORE microcomputer and my tasks included backupsand maintenance of the database files, and training of new users. Tasks for the COM/EWproject included conversion, testing and documenting several modules using the VAX 11/780computer. I also provided programming support for the Satellite Model, including writingand producing the User's Manual.

My primary responsibilities included programming and database management for the DoDmaster database for equipment characteristics. I wrote a conversion program to retrofit aflat file database structure to a relational database structure.

My primary responsibilities were to provide programming and technical support toengineers for various projects. I provided FORTRAN V programming support for the FederalAviation Administration (FAA) project, extracted topographic data from maps, coded, andentered data into the Topographic program for use in electromagnetic compatibilityanalyses. I plotted antenna patterns for submission to a report produced by severalengineers and wrote several small programs to assist the engineers in their analyses.
