- Provided policy reports and briefs to support the leadership directing the implementation of UHI phase one in Port Said, Luxor, and South Sinai governorates.- Committee’s Rapporteur of the high-level committee on clinical governance and collaboration with NICE established by the ministerial decree no. 723- Lead a tripartite working group, that included MOH, MOF, and the General Secretariat of Mental health, for studying the inclusion of mental health services in the UHI benefit package - Managed a tripartite technical consultancy project between the Ministry of Health, IQVIA, and the World Bank Group—Egypt office to strengthen the primary care system in Port Said under the UHI system - Represented the Ministry of Health in the high-level committees on the amendments of governance and financing sections of the UHI law no. 2/2018- Project coordinator for the collaborative project between MOH and JICA (QI-HOSP), which aimed to enhance quality standards in 50 public hospitals across Egypt-in accordance with the gradual implementation of UHI
