Managed worldwide team of 6-8 User Experience designers dedicated to Autodesk's premiere entertainment creation products Maya and Mudbox. Responsible for keeping team focused on being the voice of the customer and improving quality of user experience. Consulted with customers around the world to discuss their concerns and ideas for Maya.

Built team of 8-12 artists for the film Gnomeo and Juliet, taking on accountability for guiding shots from layout, through animation to a final hand off to lighting. Working closely with art director, ‘final layout’ team also modeled, textured, and rigged all foliage assets, dressing approved animation for final director approval.

Supervised team of 5 modelers cleaning up assets for the movie 9 after previous studio lost the project. Directed team as members went on to build and rig all the remaining sets and props for the film

As department head at the then DKP studios and later IDTe Animation, was in charge of building and supervising a team of modelers and riggers that grew from 5 junior artists to a team of 26 artists for the film Everyone’s Hero. In addition to hiring and developing artists, was responsible to senior management and show production teams for budgeting, personnel allocation, and constantly improving output quality.
