As Director of Program Development, Mr Nichols oversaw operations and shared business services of the growing network of Master of Science in Anesthesia programs for CWRU. As the nation's largest and most established network of anesthesiologist assistant training programs, Mr Nichols led planning efforts to coordinate, consolidate and centralize all educational network operations. During his tenure with Case Western Reserve University and the MSA Programs:- Oversaw all shared-service operations, including marketing, strategic planning, performance management, and compliance and accreditation review- Led the development and installation of program and network Advisory Boards- Guided the expansion of the Program from one regional location to three, including feasibility assessment, financial forecasting, accreditation oversight, faculty/staff recruiting, and physical plant procurement and design - Project lead on the creation of targeted marketing plan, brand creation/definition, and website redesign - Integral to Program revenue increases over 250% and student enrollment 150%
