Current*Serves on SSM Drug-Shortage committee as the voice for drug shortages affecting community pharmacies and escalating critical shortages *Collaborated with hospital leadership and in-patient pharmacy partners to establish the ministry’s first successful meds-to-beds program while being off-site *Established and piloted the first SSM community immunization program in the region, assisting with development of collaborative agreement protocol and serving as the resource for billing and workflow *Established working relations and partnerships with our Urgent Care clinic to increase prescription capture rate from 1% to 15% in 2022*Served as resource for outpatient prescribers within the STL SSM system to consult on DDI’s and appropriate use of Paxlovid after the site was chosen as the pilot to dispense Covid antivirals *Aided in prescription volume increasing 14.2% and increasing Net Operating Income from -80K to 1.2M in 2022*Cultivated relationships with Med Group practices and educated them on newly implemented immunization services, exceeding established monthly immunization goals in the 1st quarter of 2023
