Counseled patients on prescriptions and over the counter drugs, while also administering immunizations. Trained newly hired Pharmacists and newly graduated Pharmacists and served as district mentor lead for developing Pharmacy Managers.Key accomplishments from this role include having led district in flu immunizations administered consistently with 3,000+ vaccines administered annually, distinguishing the Creve Couer location as an “Immunizing Center of Excellence”. Improved the newly acquired store from last in customer satisfaction surveys to consistently meeting the goals in pharmacy satisfaction. Achieved 5th in the entire region for covid immunizations administered, as well as the store being chosen by district leaders to be the major hub for COVID vaccine in the region.
