• Developed a new housing production database in the Bay Area based on Zillow data. Additionally, developed a database of naturally occurring affordable housing in the Bay Area. Cleaned, filtered, and manipulated data with R.• Developed a literature review on rent stabilization and residential mobility. Quantified tenant protection policies in certain cities and regions in the Bay Area.• Developed map overlays for use in redevelopment of gentrification and displacement maps in Chicago, Memphis, Atlanta, and Denver. This includes an overlay for industrial sites, linguistic isolation, opportunity zones, population change by race and income, public housing locations, and historical redlining boundaries. Data cleaning and manipulation was done with Stata.• Attended meetings, both in person and over the phone, with community partners and took notes. Attended a policy discussion on rent stabilization in Sacramento on behalf of the Urban Displacement Project.• Guest lectured on the work of the Urban Displacement Project and the nature of gentrification and displacement to an English as a Second Language summer course.

• Assisted pro per litigants fill out forms in civil matters such as restraining orders, custody, divorce, and unlawful detainers before the Van Nuys Superior Court.• Logged litigant information in the court computer system and ensured that documents were correctly filed.
