Job Scope: provide engineering drawing and detail drawing (2d/3d) to client, provide fabrication drawing to operator/machinery. simulate the mechanical component before fabrication using CAD software, simulate load test on product using CAD Software.Project involved: Fabrication of agitator, tank (single jacket/double jacket), conveyer, machine cutter, temporary bridge rest, nitrogen generator, hydraulic system for agitator, piping for domestic/chemical/gas, recoating beam.

Job Scope: make schedule for preventive maintenance (major & minor), evaluate break down maintenance, evaluate corrective maintenance, and person in charge for Forming Machine.Project involved: Refurbish winding machine, refurbish breading machine, refurbish auto bread cutting, change hydraulic cylinder seal, repair hydraulic leaking, repair coolant system for forming machine, make jigs for ring cutting, make jigs for blade changing/ replacement, repairing robot for auto weld machine, basic PLC upload by LG, daily compressor checking, calibrate analog temperature setting, repairing test load machine, check material strength, detail check of end product, renew coolant system for breading machine, and change pneumatic hose/valve .
